Digital Accessibility Malta arises from years of research and practice in Human-Comuter Interaction. It is an effort to help industry align, both technically and philosophically, to an accessibility-first mindset.

Prof Chris Porter

Chris has a PhD in Computer Science from University College London. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Information Systems at the University of Malta.

Chris manages the Human Computer Interaction (HCI) Lab at UM, which aims to push our understanding of how technology can work better for humans. Over the years, Chris has helped organisations, from SMEs to FTSE100 corporations, plan and build accessible technology.
